I'm strugging to get my front mech at the right height, to high and it's constantly rattling on the mech to high and under load the chain is catching on the stepped area where it should rest against when in the second chainring.
i have normal hone cranks, can someone tell me how far from say the lower edge of the mech is from the edge of the hole for the chainring bolt?
i have a vernier caliper i can measure with.
also if you have a mk2 nomad this would help more..
