I've got a set of DT EXM150 forks, with Launch Control 2. What I've noticed of late is that the forks top-out with a bit of a thud!
If the rebound damping is set at anything under 50%, they top-out with a thud, anything 50% and over they're fine (but also quite slow!).
The forks are running the correct amount/grade of oil (155ml of 7.5w), and run at about 65psi.
I have read about the damper needing priming, and I have done this. I also read about replacing the rebound control 'plug' (on to with the rebound dial fixes) when the fork is de-pressurized and fully compressed, to ensure that the damper has as little amount of air in as possible (and have done this too!).
