They only fit the 350/370 hub I’m looking for some for a 240 hub

I think you need these HWGXXX00S7564S

According to Universal Cycles: "Compatible with 2015+ black 180 front hubs (QR or 15mm). Does not fit white 180 hubs. Also fits: XMC1200, Spline 1501, RR21 DiCut and RC Carbon wheels"

The cap O.D. is 27mm, not 30mm like with HWGXXX00S7000S.

Front or rear. If front the version that takes up to 15mm or the 20mm version?

If it's a very old DT240, then the axle might need replacing- they pre-date the 12mm standard so some have a smaller hole. (and because they last forever, there's still a few of these QR-only parts out there). Otherwise, as above, endcaps. You'll need to sell a kidney but other'n that, ideal
