I found a video on YouTube, where he used the 20 axel to pry off the caps?

Took me ages but figured it out too!. Tried allsorts of pullers etc, then just twisted off with 15mm axle in the end.
Long shot but don't suppose you saw where I might get the washers that hold the endcaps on with did ya?.
