Does this pump exist?

I want a mini pump that converts to a floor pump, has a hose with a lock (not screw) on head and that can be carried on a bracket attached to the down tube.

I've got the Lezyne one, which fails on the screw on head and is a bit cumbersome to mount to the down tube.

Any alternatives please?

Sounds like you want to look at the Topeak Morph range.
I've got the mini and it works pretty well.

Yeah, Topeak Mountain Morph here (amongst others). Plenty of use over the last 15 years, although not so often since going tubeless. Regularly used it on others' bikes though. Don't bother with the gauge version.

Topeak Mini Morph. Fabulous pump. Took it on a road training camp as a track pump to top up the latex tubes every day. Sits on my commuter next to the water bottle. I don't bother with the gauge and go by tyre "ping" for pressure.

I can't find one at the moment, (a CRC brand) but the Lifeline motion mini floor pump is at least as good as my Topeak Morph.

You can get a push on adapter for the Lezyne pump, I just carry the adapter around with my pump to make life easier

I have two Morphs - one on my Fatbike and one on my tourer. Other than an occasional clean and spray with some lube, they've both been fine on the very few occasions I've needed them.

Got a 20 year old (or really not far off that) Topeak Mountain Morph - brilliant pump and gets used at almost every coaching session when we are on trails - seriously reliable and effective.

Another Topeak here. Came with bracket and sits next to water bottle. Maybe not minimalist, but totally worth it when inflating a 2.6" tyre. Can't really go wrong.

Any recommendations for an adaptor for the Lezyne?

I've got a hand pump of theirs which is a great pump but the valve attachment is shocking. It consistently manages to undo valve cores unless you happen to have someone else about to hold the thing in place without tightening it properly!
