I've been waiting for a sram shifter now for three weeks. Tried half a dozen shops and umpteen web stores including ebay only to be told that they wouldn't be in stock until 14/03/11. It turns out that this is guess whose eta of the stock delivery. I would order one from Hong Kong but I know as soon as I get the email saying that your item has been dispatched, the illusive fishers stock will have hit the stores. Getting irate now.
Rant over.
Oh its a rear 10 speed shifter I'm after if any one has one kicking about 🙄

No.

Some (larger) retailers obtain OEM/grey imports outside the Fishers distribution network.

I've got a pair of brand new SRAM X9 shifters, 10spd which I will be putting up for sale, due to a change of plans...

Could always buy the pair & sell the left one on...

Oh I forgot to mention that I ordered one off ebay from Lithuania and it turned up as a mech 🙄
How much were you looking for them Hobnob? The X9s are quite pricey compared to the X7 which I've ordered as its a trial of 1 x 10 and didn't want to spend much money in case it's crap.

I'm not sure what the X7's are cost wise, but I was looking for ~£75 for the pair?

I wouldnt have thought you would have any difficulty in shifting them on if you didn't get on with a 1x10 setup.

Not a bad price at all Hob Nob and thanks but I think I'll just wait now as it should be with me before next weekend. I hope FFS.

Well bugger me Don, I never thought of that. So if I just ask my 32t rear cassette to give me 4 more teeth do you think it might oblige 🙄 All the 10 speed stuff is fitted to the intense. It's just the shifter that's like hens teeth. I need 1x10 testing before the spain trip that you're not invited on at the end of the month 😉

Is it because gingers don't like the sun and boots are all out of factor 3000? Not that I saw any sun last year.

Un fing believable. Shifter turned up today from evans as late as it could have been with in the delivery times given for ups express (ha) delivery. The shift lever has been snapped off and super glued back on. I am lost for words. Someone doesn't want me to ever get this bike running.
Goes off to smash the crap out of something.
