Had a booking last Saturday night. Turned up and discovered the place was closed. We phoned him and he told us there was a power cut and he thought he'd contacted everyone that had a booking (he hadn't contacted us)
On Monday I emailed him and asked if the power was up and running again could he transfer my booking from last weekend to this weekend.
No reply.
Emailed him again yesterday, again no reply. Included the address from the website as well as his personal one, and the website address came back as failed. We've phoned him multiple times and it's going to voicemail every time.
The guy Ian's a nice guy and always really friendly so this seems a bit odd. Does anyone know him and if there's something more serious wrong?
