Abi's 15min routine is great and some of her longer 30min routines are great if you want to make some gains following a recovery or instead of riding on a shoddy day. It is a process not a quick stretch but is 15mins very well spent. The 15min routine prevents soreness and maintains flexibility. Couldn't recommend it more.

yes stretch a decent amount, seeing a physio weekly at the moment and have alot of neck, back and hip issues that have built up over the years.ย Need to do more.

I sometimes stretch my legs out in the beer garden.
