looking for a set of hyro disc brakes to replace a set of cable bb7.
years since I have bought any hydro brakes.
A. what set comes ready to fit?
B. any bargains to be had?

Pretty much all brands will be ready to fit. It will just be the hose length that needs sorting.

a) Most - as long as hose lengths don;t need trimming (and even then with care you can get away without a bleed)

Most are, although i’d Always give them a quick bleed especially if hoses are shortened
