probably going to need a pair of rotors shortly, currently have 203/183mm hope floating ones. but they are very worn and quite old.
Whats good? The hope have lasted well but they aren't cheap, or that quiet.
cheers Paul
Shimano Deore / SLX discs are good, they're not bad looking for solid discs, last well and cost about a tenner each. The only slight sticking point for you might be the fact they come in 203mm and 180mm not, 183mm I've never had a problem mixing metric discs and imperial brakes or whatever they're called, but you never know.

Clarks have never let me down. I've had a 203 floating on the front for years now. No noise or rattles. As good as the Hope floater on the rear ime.
I want vented rotors. Just because.
I have been quite impressed with my Galfer rotors so far, straighter out the box than many I have had before, bedded in quickly and easily.
Hope Floating on everything (where possible) for over 12 years.
Hope Floating on everything (where possible) for over 12 years.
My last couple of pairs went rattly, so I switched. Currently on Shimano Ice-tech and have just swapped out a slightly warped 160mm for a 180mm, which better suits my build!
Galfer wave.
those galfers are fugly
Can second the Clarks, had mine on for 6 months without issue. They look just as good as the Hopes and a 203mm is only £15 on eBay.
