Hi,

Our boy is about to turn 4 and has outgrown his little Puky balance bike. I'd like to get him on to something with pedals, but that isn't to spendy or cumbersome. He's just about 1m tall now, so looking at being 14" wheels I guess. Any recommendations, or experience? We're in the Manchester area, so again anywhere that's a good stockist of this kinda stuff would be great info too.

Cheers

Keith

There is a lot more choice at 16".

Both my boys went from balance bike to 12" wheel pedal, but didn't really engage with it at all. Once on the 16" wheel they were off...

My 4 yo is on a 16" Cnoc and demands that I "buy some gears" every time he rides it.

We were given the Cnoc. I would look at Dawes Academy and Raleigh Performance too.

Gumtree is your friend.
