Website opened today, all Morzine saturday gone already. We've had to go for Les Gets instead (hassle as we've booked Morzine rooms)
Maybe all the Morzine tickets went to the corporates ?
Tickets actually went on sale at about 10 mins past midnight UK time last night.
Corporates at the PdS ? You having a giraffe ?
Yes, why are they all gone or something?
how are you all getting there? driving, train? flights?
i have strong urges to go!!
Driving - Dunno whether were going in the car and do a SAS style attack on the event. Or to go in the camper and spend a week riding after...?
Gonna be cool though, although my Anthem is awesome dunno if its gonna be man enough for the job...
if i go i'll have to reincarnate the reign! anyone know when tickets are likly to run out? sorry about the hijak
They are limited numbers - If your going then just book up....
trying to convince some work mates tomorrow ๐
done it 3 times before, you'll be fine on an Anthem. I'm running a 10 year old Marin...(somewhat 'emburlened')
yep Sat from Morzine here....can't wait
Just get up there if you can and drive/ride down to Morzine and start there. Getting back to Les Gets in time might be a problem whereas Morzine downhill from Les Gets and from Les Lindarets on way back.
ps booked 4 in Morzine for Sunady on Monday night (12.10am Tuesday) - annoyed it didn't open 11pm UK time as already 10 Feb un France then
We block book 40 places from Morzine 20 on Saturday and 20 on Sunday. We are hiring a hotel this year so are offering the lowest nightly price ever in our 9 year history! Still some places left if you are interested. BTW the Passportes weekend has historically been the sunniest weekend of the summer over the last 9 years. That's blown it! If you have Les Gets tickets and you are staying in Morzine - it's no big deal - they generally let you on the lifts for free to go and fetch your entry packs.
thanks for the tip about the lift, endlessride. Collecting the packs was going to be a hassle, we thought involving a team time trial up the road trying to keep breakfast down...
let's hope for a repeat of 2008 for the weather.
