[Closed] Deore Brakeset

Got the weekly E Mail from my favorite LBS, Merlin

These brakes caught my eye.

I've got Avid Elixr 3 at the moment which came as standard with the bike. Despite others having problems with the Avids touch wood, they have been fine for me but these Deores seem good value.

I'm running a 185 mm front and 160 rear with relevant front adaptor so, probably a silly question, but will these Deores run with the Avid discs or will I need Shimano discs.

Probably a basic question to some of you but if you don't know ask 😀

Yes they will work just fine on Avid discs and indeed adapters, I'm doing exactly that with these brakes. They are a bargain!
