A mate has a Dave Hinde bike (yeah I know) and the mech hanger has broken. Dave Hinde says that they don't do that one any more and can't get them - told him to buy a new bike!!!

He's looked all over but can't find a replacement. Any thoughts on what he can do - other than buy a new bike? Anybody out there that can make hangers?

Wheel's manufacturing make 130 mech hangers.

If it came to it I suppose he could go to a small engineering shop and get one custom made, there's one just next to CCC/Go Outdoors in Sheffield, but i've never used them.

Or it sound's like the sort of thing which High Path Engineering could make.
