Had huge fun today on my very first CX race, came 7th out of 31, Whoo hoo!
Anybody else doing this on the cheap with a 29er and can recommend me some narrow 29er tyres that do the job. SS Dirty Harry was a fine ride - it's just a field after all.

Thought about using a cyclocross tyre? Depends on your rim width I suppose but if it's not too wide...
