[Closed] Cycle2Work scheme extended lease

Isn't that just the same final buyer fee with a different name? Hmrc said bikes were being under valued at end of term, so cyclescheme charge you a fee equal to the old minimal value charge, extend the lease at zero monthly payment and at the end of the 4yrs the bike is worth nothing and you get it for free. In other words its a tax dodge which puts you back where you were before the Hmrc ruling.
I've just got lucky as the new vat ruling is supposed to be back dated to contracts taken out after July 2011 but my employer has added 2 months grace - I joined the scheme in august so had accepted I would lose the vat benefit.
