I'm having a week long break in Cornwall (St Ives area) with the Mrs's in November and was planning on sneaking in a bit of mountain biking. Is there anywhere (trail centres or natural) near St Ives (within 1 hour drive) thats worth taking the bike for? Some nice flowy singletrack without too much climbing would be good as that would suit the Mrs's.

Paul Blackburn is your best bet, he'll hook you up with some rippin' trails!

Yep I second getting in touch with Paul, he runs Cornwall Roughtracks (guided routes)
There's plenty of riding o be had down this way, just need to hunt it out a bit.
