Probably been done to death but never stops anyone else...
gonna hit CYB in the morning, haven't been for a couple of years now - just wondering which loop you fine people would recommend for maximum fun these days!? I'm not after banking serious mileage but don't mind putting them in if the rewards are worth it! Got about 4 or 5 hrs.
Cheers
The Beast every time, not fussed about the apparently long fire road climb that's incorporated in it, it's a good time for chatting and talking shite with mates. All IMO of course
Rode CYB for the first time last week, so new to the place, but rated the beast. Good trail - be happy to ride that at a trail centre. Reminded my of Glentress black, not big thrills and spills, more of a classic xc feel.
There is indeed a woeful forest road hairpin (about a mile long) on it - looking at the OS map it seems you could cut it out with a short sharp climb.
I'm after more thrills and spills tbh. Done the beast before too.
Buy a map from the shop do the MBR until you get the to I think false teeth. Then climb up the fire road to the top of the Adams family do the whole Adams family/faise teeth and then I repeat that a few times then home via pink heffer. And then a play on the new stills bits
