Currently running panaracer hardpack 700x 38c which are a great tyre in drier conditions. What's a good do it all tyre for winter that I could use for all occasions. General on and off road. The hardpack struggled last week with the wet and mud on a steepish off road climb. I can go up to 43c. I am not yet running tubeless but will go down that route at a later date So a tyre that can run tubes and go tubeless later might be good.
Any thoughts on schwalbe Rapid Rob 700x 35c? Seen a pair that are priced to sell.

I use Bonty CX tyres 700x32 work great in mud ok on road used them today on Byways of Wiltshire and the Kennet and Avon canal that's the towpath!! cut through the mud with ease.
