As the title says, I'm hoping to do Cwmcarn tomorrow. Am I right in thinking both loops are now fully open? Seem to remember reading it somewhere that they now are...

yes all open. It was 2 weeks ago at least - The end of Twyrch looks a bit different without all those trees.
