I've heard of computer controlled lazer cutters? Which one is best?
I dont own a particle accelerator so scissors are out.
I'd use a hammer but I'm notorious for using the wrong end.

Broken glass works well, use selotape to stop you cutting yourself with the side you hold....

Use a steering tube to make sure your cutting it straight.

I would do Drac, but all mine look like releif maps of the alps after some numpty set to them with a hacksaw.
Dont forget to file the edges. You dont want any stress risers.
