If I was to buy some new cranks with the shield logo on, which seem to not be polished shiny but have a finish on them, and not have the logo engraved into the cranks, how feasable would it be to have somebody use the pattern already on the cranks to engrave the logo on them?
It's for my great uncle's road bike I inherited, so i'm going to long lengths to have everything 'just so', and get it out of my system all on one bike. 🙂
Going to have the shiny finish polished off the cranks once the logo has been engraved onto them if this is possible.

Heal rub is a pain on cranks which aren't polished shiny but have a finish on them.
