So far I've only found NLDesigns.eu who does it for €30 pr wheel (or maybe even wheelset) - have asked to verify that they do carbon rims too.
Any other options out there?

Stickers aren’t aero.
Invisiframe/invisigraphics. They do custom stuff as well as off the shelf.
