Just wondering if someone can help guide me in purchasing the right size bike, i am 6ft 4ish with a 35inch inseam, torso 27" and 24" arm length. I am looking at the Cube Acid 29er Mountain Bike. I planned on getting the 21" frame, not really sure though.

Would the 21" frame be more suited in my case, as my inseam is 35" and the standover height of the frame on the 21" is 33.3", unlike 34.2" on the 23" frame. I would like to be able to firmly plant y feet down if need be.
Also, is cube a decent brand?
