[Closed] cree torch £35 on fleabay

saw one of those cree trches on fleabay for £35...good deal?
Looks quite good lumens wise with batteries and charger as well...one bid on it then re-listed after no sale only to be on for 3 day auction and again one bid at £35? Sounds like his mate is bidding on his behalf to avoid ebay fees (min or reserve price).
