Stumbled across them on ebay - £200 (£149 for returns) for a complete fixie build seems far too good to be true, but now I come to think of it, I think I've seen a few of these around London. Anyone tried / got one? Parts look a bit "generic" to say the least, but the weight isn't too bad and they look pretty smart.

If I was in the market for a cheap lock and leave commuter, I reckon I might be tempted. Or are they pants?
have a look on lfgss.com, from the reports of people buying them on there these are a major avoid. They're "Unipack" rebadged if it helps your review search.
Thanks - took a look at those. A couple of other reviews I've read suggest that some of the quality issues have been sorted out in more recent models though. Bike Radar gave a pretty positive review on the later models but I guess you get what you pay for at the end of the day.
LOOK AT ME! I'VE GOT A FIXIE! I MUST BE LIKE SO, YOU KNOW, LIKE SO TOTALLY DOWN WITH THE HIPSTERS
makefixieshistory. Especially cheap rubbish ones designed to cash in on a market trend.
Avoid.

Still heavy as ****. but far better than a Unipack/create
and sold by a proper bikeshop who know how to set one up.
Retrodirect. Thanks
Flash. Anyone would think you had something against fixies.
They have these in Costco Edinburgh for £185.
hi-tensile steel frame-not even basic chromoly, and you'll look a cock. buy one those 2009 Kona Smokes from Ebay/Rutland cycles for £200 instead.
