Ordered some bars from CRC early last week, delivery was for Monday and getting delivered by Yodel.

Ive been watching the tracking info and they have been sat in the Yodel depot since 09:15 Monday morning and still no sign of them !

I contacted the post room on the camp Im on and it seems Yodel haven't delivered for well over a week now and its presumed the driver has quit.

I contacted CRC who said they would contact Yodel and it would take 5 working days for a reply.

Meanwhile Im meant to be doing FOD on Saturday but currently have no bars as I fitted the old ones to my lads bike which is at home !!!

Shite rant I know but whatever happened to CRC's uber quick delivery !

Weird, I just ordered some trousers and they sent them Royal Mail. Ordered Mon evening, arrived Weds.
Wonder why they use different couriers... did you choose the standard free postage?

I always do click and collect from collet plus with Chiggle. Normally arrives in a day or 2 no problem. No way I’d be relying on Yodel delivery if I wanted something in a hurry. Recently DHL have also been really bad and failed to even attempt to deliver something to men(non bike related).

Being honest, I never rated CRC for quick delivery, even pre-Wiggle when they shipped from NI. Unless you paid extra, they were always one of the most sluggish deliveries in my experience. Since Wiggle, their free shipping has been hit and miss and, generally, dependent on how much you need the item to arrive - if, as in your case, you absolutely need it, you'll be lucky to see it before the end of the month. If it was something silly that you don't care about, it will probably arrive before lunchtime on the day you order it. Sod's law.

Being honest, in your shoes, I'd re-order the item with their £4.99 next day option and then return the first one when it finally turns up so at least you'll be out riding come Saturday. Annoying, I know, but better than missing a day's biking.

Must depend where you are. Apart from a blip about a year or so ago, they've always been really quick for me. As near to next day as you can get for free. I'd never pay a fiver just to get the same service!
