[Closed] CRC - Slow processing on orders ??

Hi people, just a quick question, but is CRC really busy at the mo or what ??

Ordered some 'In Stock' items on Monday lunchtime, which show on the website today as still in stock but they are stuck at processing??

I thought 'In Stock' items get dispatched the same day ??

Anyone else had issues with recent orders ??

Must be busy, I ordered a frame Sunday night, as of last night it was still processing...never mind, it'll stop me building it when I should be plumbing in an Aga!

Guys we are very busy indeed, and while most orders are getting out on time there have been a few delays.

We are truly sorry about this and have extra staff in to make it up.

As for all of you that have emailed and are as yet to recieve a response, we had a server issue that caused some problems with email and combine that with the volume of email created buy the sale and you can guess.

We are staying on tonight and probably tomorrow as well, add to that our Saturday being sacrificed and you can see we are determined to get caught up.

Once again, our sincere apologies for anyone that is experiencing any inconvenient delay with their order.

Yup ordered yesterday morning and turned up today. So not all the orders.

Seems ok to me. I ordered 3 items on Monday afternoon and they arrived yesterday morning.
