Hi guys I'm trying to convert an on off qr15 hub down to a standard qr. Is there anything out there that will do this?

Which make is it? Hub manufacturers make their own adaptors, for instance Hope, Goldtec and Chris King. Some hubs that are made for 15mm can't be converted although if you've access to a lathe it's possible make some adaptors but it's not easy. Maybe the adaptors from Hope or Goldtec could fit or be made to fit but it's trial and error and the cost of buying the adaptors may be more than just getting a new or replacement hub in the first place.
