I am assuming it isnt possible but thought it was worth and ask. Its the older hope pro II and not the evo.

to add... the wheel is currently on a gemini dh so the wheel is dished to work with a 15mm spacer on one side (floating disc on the gemini).. would a 15mm spacer work to put it on a 150mm frame?

You need a new hub. 135mm cannot be converted to 150mm.
