A good dry-intermediate tyre. Knobs to shallow for mud +1. Depends one your mud I guess.

Not a good mud tyre- too big to cut and too shallow to shovel. Think they're a bit overrated all round, but still a decent dry/damp tyre.

The 2.4 is too big and floaty but I like the 2.2.

My 2.2 has come off and the 2.0 Dirty Dans are back on. The mud round here can get very claggy and the RQ's don't grip or shed mud well enough.

The 2.4's have been ace in dry and damp conditions, but not so good when it's wet and muddy. The front 2.4 wallows around too much so mine will be coming off for winter. The rear 2.2 seems to fair a bit better though, and grips relatively well on muddy climbs so I might try a 2.2 up front.
