As in, a not too expensive means of mixing it up on road and those inviting little detours that seem to beckon from the verges, but are too far away from home to bother mountain biking to. Anyone got one and rate it? Also, the fork looks steep. Not a problem per se, but had an On One Pompetamine briefly once (in medium for my 5'7" frame), and had horrendous toe overlap. I have UK 6.5 plates...

Thoughts?

I've got the sram hydro 11 one, most use bike I've got and money well spent. Me and the Mrs use the cx bikes to get out to trails rather than driving from south west London. The only negative are the wheels I swapped out the wheel set for some I already had but the rear seemed to seine after about half a dozen ride, I think it's a known weakness. But it's a great bike for as you describe going off to see where trails go. Never noticed any toe overlap with size 10s
