Can someone please explain this to me as I'm struggling with the bb drop aspect. What does it mean and how is it measured?

It's the BB height measured from the dropouts, makes more sense on frame only geometry tables as obviously 1" tyres are going to lower the BB by 2" compared to 3" tyres (in an extreme case).

So assuming a 13" wheel radius (about a 2" tyre), -25mm BB drop would be a 12" bb height.
