OK, I admit it, I partook in trail sanitisation. After falling into a new hole in the rocky outcrop at Sawmill Cottage (Kentmere), I dropped a large rock into the hole and wedged it in with some smaller stones - all the while being heckled by Smokey Joe for vandalism ๐Ÿ™

In my defense 3 following riders took a line exactly over the rock, and even then it was still sketchy:

He he - that 2nd pic is a classic!

No reason to fail to get weight back just because the saddle is high - behind the saddle is fine. Like the first pic really. Head up, heels down, hips back.

you could go on a greatrock skills coaching course...
(other coaching courses are available but not as local as greatrock)
