2013 Mavic Ksyrium Equipe S wheels, the 'blurb says compatible with Shimano Dura Ace 11-speed cassettes. I have 105 10 speed, currently sitting on my Shimano R500 wheelset with a small spacer, am i correct in thinking this will work just the same with the Mavic wheels?
(Rear wheel obv.)

Don't know but I think the front should be fine.

Have you tried the mavic Web site? There was a compatibility guide on there but it was an arse to find iirc having had campag spacer issues to figure out

Its a tempting price at £285 for the set - but only if it fits my kit!

I cant believe those wheels wouldn't take a 10s cassette.

It's an M11 freehub which according to the above link is 10 speed compatible with a spacer. I don't know if it's the same spacer you already have though.

I think you'll need a mavic spacer too but I'm not 100% on that without trying it
