I'm assuming this is manufacturing? And they've got a table of who's not producing sellable product/ wastage rates?
It's not a very encouraging thing to do, but I'm assuming that they've spoken to their people before and asked why they're not able to meet quality standards and how they can help them to do so? Because if not, I'd probably be feeling a bit unhappy about it.

As aP says it sounds like manufacturing of some kind.....
It is a very crude way of driving quality for sure and not being a law expert don't quote me but I would imagine it could be classed as discrimination of some kind.
Highlighting peoples weaknesses and publishing it would do nothing for the team morale! It seems quite a destructive thing for a business to do??

Yesh, what they should do is publicise people's bad work on an internet forum of some kind 😉

Wife's company do it in the construction industry for plant/theft claims if the cause is down to stupidity.

Leaving Landrover unlocked with keys in while on site, £40,000 claim.

Leaving a £150,000 bit of plant on the road side with the keys in to be collected by the hire company which was then suprise suprise taken.

Allowing a £40,000 landrover and £70,000 trailer/equipment get swept up by the tide.

Our company does it to measure timekeeping/productivity/audit results etc, however as a worker you just see you name in the rankings and everyone else is starred out. Seeing your name at 280 out of 310 employees would seem to be a motivator but since its been used in our reviews every seems to have upped their game! There will always be those at the bottom but overall scores have gone up substantially.

Is it factual? Then it's legal. Whether it's appropriate as a motivational tool or not is another matter.

I find Martin in content of court.

Also, I don't believe he can handle the truth.

Yes it's legal as long as it's factual.
