I'd love to go and do one of the trails in Coed y Brenin tomorrow as we could drive past on our way to spend three days camping on the Welsh coast but would there be anything there for the rest of the family incl the dog to occupy themselves with while I'm riding? Any good walks or similar. So far I can't really sell this idea to the rest of them.

Couple of pleasant walks alongside the rivers, maybe the Volcano trail, or check out the Glasdir mine workings at Llanfachreth?Visitor centre's a lot better than it used to be too.
