I have been to all the other welsh centres but not this one, is it ok for a group of pretty experienced bikers for a weekend? (I have heard rumours it's a bit pants)

It is pretty good, the sort of trail you can blast round without too much thought, and the pump track is awesome!

Apologies but this is posted about once a week and usually results in a straight split between the "Freeride Gods" who consider the place little better than a circular canal path and the rest of us who think that it is actually really quite good.

I need to get there again real soon!

It's a good fun trail, but you'll probably want to go somewhere else as well if you're thinking of a weekend.
Say something like Llandegla on Sat & Coed y Brenin Sunday.

Its like a big fun bmx track, not for a whole weekend you will get dizzy going round and round. Penmachno as well would be good.
