[Closed] Coast to Coast - Anyone have a GPX / Suggested XC Route?

Hi,

Me and a mate will be riding east to west (or west to east) - I was thinking of Lancaster to S****horpe re easyish train connections - does anyone know of some good cross-country routes?

Any suggestions welcome, we'll be doing it mid-May...
