Ok, it's draft, but let's hope (which is too big an ask given the merciless greed of some) whatever is implemented focuses on nations (and foreign investors/industries) limiting the emissions and implementing innovative solutions and doesn't turn into an endless compensation claim game. However, I suspect through desperation, there will be communities and action groups who are going to take things into their own hands anyway.

Hard to say without the details, but unless it includes agriculture, the impacts will be somewhat diminished (against the potential).

This may be novel / controversial / surprising, but the figures are pretty telling (there are sources for the data on the site).

Oh god, please stop linking to Cowspiracy. Sources like chestsculpting.com are not valid reliable peer-reviewed sources of data, the film is just an advertising vehicle to attract donations. There are many many better places to look for climate change info and data.
