Morning -
Some very lovely folk helped me out at the bottom of the cobbledy limestone bit at about midnight with tubes and a puncture repair kit. I was the one sweraring at UST - with the torn sidewall as it turns out. Not that I could see it at first for the mud.
One of the chaps was from the Preston Massive and another of the folk was from the team with the 'no peeing in the building' sign. I owe you a considerable debt - please could you let me have your details so I can return what you kindly lent / gave me?
Very many thnaks for saving me a 5 mile run in bike shoes.
