bump - well the standard ones lasted 40 miles at mucoff 8 yesterday and look untouched 🙂 So maybe spend a lot get a lot?

i used some clarks sintered just after xmas and only lasted 2 peaks rides, and im not that into braking! the superstar sintered ones have been a lot better. i'd never spend more than that on pads now.

have a set on now. seem to give good braking. can't comment on longevity really, a couple of months ago i was getting through a set of pads in a couple of weeks ( disco brakes ones ), and i'm sure they went through some of that weather ( same riding location ), and then things dried out a bit. they don't seem to have worn greatly. feel nice. at that money worth a punt IMO.
