OK, so my 1 1/8" CK lower bearing cup has a crack from upper edge of about 2-3mm. The bearing is fine. Is this OK or will I die?

Pretty sure there’s a lifetime warranty on CK headsets. Could be worth dropping a line to saddleback.co.uk and explaining your situation.
