If a kid wants to hoon Around on a bike they will just remove or cover the plate.
Or if someone annoys you then you can just steal their plate and get the bike impounded or them into trouble
i do like some of the online comments asking the school if it will be banning children/parents who drive recklessly in the area. So much frothing 😀
