[Closed] Chelmer Cycles - exemplary service

It was a bit chilly at D2D this year, and I treated myself to a cosy new Gore Jersey from the Chelmer stall. Everything was half price, so it was an excellent deal. I ripped off the tags and slinged them and the receipt there and then in my hurry to go and get it on before the race.

When I put it in the wash the front pocket detached itself. I called Chelmer who have just swapped it for a better full price Jersey at no additional cost. Friendly, helpful, called me back, kept in touch. Really impressed.
