I would like to purchase a brake set something like XT but am open to suggestions. But not high end as i'm on a budget.
Ideally want levers and calipers with cables. If he disks are in the deal as well, that'd be excellent.
I'm on my first bike build (29er carbon) so any advice welcomed.

CRC are doing M785 brakes for £72 and end. If you get both there, you'll get £15 off just now with their code (save15), so £129 excluding the rotors. The one I got from them a few weeks ago came with the finned pads, unlike the ones from Rose, which came with standard organic ones. Can't fault them, so far.
