Cheapest place for an HTII cup tool?

I put them in with a rubber-band jar opener. Worked a treat. But doesnt get them back out again. CRC is 13 quid IIRC. Anywhere cheaper?

The Hellfrauds one is actually pretty good, only £11-12 IIRC.

the merlin one is surprisingly good for the price but assumes you've got a socket lever thingummy

I've got one of the proper spanner type thingies with the little things for the tension cap on the other end. Was sent to me with a chainset but I've never used it, and never will £10 posted?
