I'm looking for a cheap handlebar mounted garmin. The edge 200 does most of what I want, except showing your current location in british national grid. Anyone know which of the garmins can do this, cheapest please.
thanks
I know my 800 will, and I think the 500 does too, but they're not easy to find, it's hidden in a series of menus under satellites IIRC.
Etrex and you can choose the setting, mine is set to OS grid. Possibly around £80.
This will compare models but you can obviously buy cheaper elsewhere:

Viewranger on smartphone?
May I also add that I would never spent hundreds of pounds on something that could get damaged. My screen has a crack following an off.
Don't forget that if you need mapping software then OS have a special offer, see my PSA of a few days ago.
...and I think the 500 does too
On the 500, it's:
Long press on Page/Menu (to main menu)
Down two & select GPS
Down one & select Satellite, then down to display grid ref.
