Just wanted to say, amidst complaints about other retailers on here, that CTB service was astonishing!
How a set of tyres can be ordered at lunchtime one day then arrive first thing the next day after a 400 mile trip is bonkers!

I'm amazed he has time to hand-draw those little stickers if he's making 800 mile round-trips to hand deliver a pair of tyres, but I agree, awesome service.

I went to the shop to buy a pump, & charlie took me to the best cafe in town and bought me a cup of tea. 😀

He is a very nice man indeed. I always end up spending much longer in his shop chatting to him than I expect (or my wife tolerates!!) and the mini pump he sold me is fantastic!

I suspect the reason I survive in a world of much bigger shops is because I have almost zero retail background, I dont know how to be crappy, how to maximise profit whilst minimising cakes, or whatever they teach in a retail degree. We just do whats right and cool.
