Been sent the wrong hub. Been offered the right adaptor but worried I will mess it up.

Anyone done it and how hard is it?

Absolute piece of cake to change, 2 min job iirc (on both front and rears)

none - should just pull out and new ones push in

You can pretty much get away with using two strong fingers

rears are easier with two 17mm spanners/lock nut spanners.

Minor hijack, but if it's easy to swap the adaptor, is it worth swapping the rear QR for 10mm bolt through.

mcnultycop I've got a ti 29er - really helps stiffen the rear end of that. But if your frame's already stiff it won't make as much difference
